Some of our clients include NYC Tourism & Conventions, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Union Square Events, Wolfgang Puck Companies, The Dinex Group, Restaurant Associates (R/A), LDV & Scarpetta brands and more. Our talented team of experts share a passion for driving measurable business results for our clients through a mix of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

We’re searching for a Client Strategy Manager who will join our team and be the voice for Hudson Creative for a group of marquee accounts, and help to accelerate company growth as we continue adding more accounts. This person has an exemplary balance of digital marketing knowledge and ability to build strong client relationships. This individual will be the main point of contact to ensure synergy between our services and clients’ needs to foster long-term relationships. They must have a proven track record of successful cross-channel digital marketing campaigns and client management that yields positive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize with the internal team to support the development of campaign strategies that align with client goals
  • Work with the internal team to collaborate on campaign execution, and ensure that campaigns are on-brand and meeting performance milestones discussed with the client
  • Own the client experience including onboarding, clearly communicating strategy recommendations and negotiating agreement changes as the relationship evolves
  • Act as a trusted and strategic advisor to key client stakeholders by understanding business objectives and communicating the value of digital marketing services
  • Prepare biweekly and monthly reports for clients, including key insights, agenda for topics of discussion, and strategy recommendations for next steps
  • Lead biweekly and monthly meetings with clients – clearly explaining performance data, advising on actionable insights, and ensuring that feedback is addressed.
  • Support team members to manage external partners and execute on various projects
  • Prepare the internal team for kickoff meetings with clients for new projects
  • Proactively identify and recommend business growth opportunities from existing clients via upsells and additional revenue streams
  • Liaise with the Operations Director to ensure that client accounts are sustaining growth and profitability over time

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Digital Marketing Foundation – 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency environment or hospitality group
  • Proven Client Success – 2+ years experience as Client Success Manager (or similar) at a hospitality group or marketing agency
  • Strong Communicator – ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders based on trust and accountability
  • Independent Thinker – ability to troubleshoot and navigate complex problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management – hyper organized and can quickly shift between different tasks
  • Analytical Mindset – strong business acumen and working with data – you are comfortable working with spreadsheets to analyze data and build insights
  • Eye for Design – you can recognize brand narrative in visual assets, and clearly communicate this narrative when evaluating new creative
  • Avid Learner – has a foundational understanding of digital marketing channels (i.e. paid advertising, social media, SEO) with the desire to develop a deeper knowledge.
  • Technologically Curious – adept with common technologies like Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack – while eager to advance and adopt new skills like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, etc.

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other related field
  • Experience working for or with a hospitality management company
  • Technical experience with ad management platforms (Google, Meta) and/or website development experience
  • Experience building presentations and reporting dashboards (Google Workspace)
  • Basic graphic design experience (updating image dimensions and styling)
  • Experience creating and editing ad copy
