Client Services Manager - Care

Bespoke, Luxury Care Home are looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Manager to join their team in Tetbury.

The Company:

Independent, luxury Care Home that specializes in residential and nursing care.

Set in a beautiful Cotswold location with an extensive range of communal spaces, including lounges and dining rooms, as well as a café, cinema, hairdressing salon, and a gym.

The Role:

To ensure that clients receive the highest standard of service possible as well as increase sales for the business.

1. Onboarding new clients
2. Generating sales from a variety of networks
3. Keeping documentation and records of client interactions
4. Offering advice to clients on products or services

Required:

1. Proven ability to identify and reach sales and profitability targets
2. Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
3. Confidence and ability to deal with a range of clients
