Client Services Manager (Team leader) Weston Super Mare, Somerset Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Salary £27,338 to £28,890 pa depending on skills and experience and great benefits including Health Cash Plan plus on-call shift payment of £14.30 per session.

Join us as our Client Services Manager and lead our Weston team to deliver person-centred housing-related support and make it a Great Place to Work for our colleagues! You’ll manage our service which houses young people leaving care and experiencing homelessness. You’ll be based at our Young Peoples service in Weston Super Mare. As this is a 24-hour young people’s service Ofsted registered service (accommodating 8 young people), an understanding of the new regulations would be helpful but training can be given.
A passion for working with children leaving care and understanding their needs is desirable.
