SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. While experience in financial services is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. What matters most is your willingness to learn and thrive in a demanding work environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Data Entry: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
2. Client Onboarding and Trade Entry: Processing new client applications and inputting trades into our systems.
3. AML & KYC: Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and company policies.
4. Cash Management: Assisting with processing client payments and bank reconciliations.
5. Ad-hoc projects: Supporting the team with various projects and tasks.
6. Enquiry Management and Call Handling: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries.
