Title: Client Service Representative

Location: London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

Hybrid - Office Days - Tues to Thurs

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing clients with business-to-business support, taking and fulfilling orders, as well as managing a portfolio of digital assets. Additionally, you will work with the Product Manager on various duties. This role would suit someone who is internet savvy and seeking a career working with cutting-edge technology and global internet branding.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  1. Building and maintaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
  2. Providing service support for accounts (handling service issues, invoicing questions, and research for individual client requests).
  3. Managing a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business to help protect and secure their global internet brands.
  4. Taking and fulfilling orders, partnering with our clients to become their trusted advisor.
  5. Identifying new revenue opportunities/enhancements to product offerings.
  6. Cooperatively working with Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
  7. Assisting Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
  8. Understanding and communicating industry changes and new product offerings to clients.
  9. Research and analysis of customer data.
  10. Conducting online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  1. Must be fluent in English. Any additional language would be a plus.
  2. Experience in a similar customer service-oriented role is advantageous.
  3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, unsupervised, under pressure in a busy environment.
  7. Previous experience in producing quality results with high attention to detail.
  8. Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and co-workers.
