The Client Service Manager is accountable for ensuring client satisfaction through:

  1. Responsiveness to client enquiries regarding the operation of all products
  2. Adherence to procedures and agreed Service Level Descriptions
  3. Accurate and timeliness of agreed daily/weekly/monthly deliverables

Principle responsibilities include:

  1. Main operational contact for client enquiries liaising with the appropriate internal partners
  2. Proactive monitoring of client deliverables
  3. Identifying revenue generating/cost reducing client operational efficiencies
  4. Lead or participation in client service reviews
  5. Administration of client accounts
  6. Maintenance and adherence of Service Level Descriptions
  7. Project management of restructure and transition activity
  8. Communication of any changes to the client relationship to the relevant internal partners
  9. Proactively work with the client and internal partners to automate manual processes and minimise risk
  10. Identifies and addresses service issues, ensuring timely escalation

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  1. Proven proactive client service experience, with the ability to build strong relationships through trust, credible knowledge and delivery of solutions and responsiveness
  2. Analytical/problem solving through organisation and time management
  3. Ability to build strong internal and external network to assist in the timely resolution of client enquiries/issues
  4. Initiative to independently accomplish tasks and make decisions
  5. Manage multiple priorities considering client impact, timeframe complexity and risk
  6. Demonstrated ability to represent Northern Trust in external meetings and the client in internal meetings
