We are working with a leading global US-headquartered asset manager who manages an AUM in the hundreds of billions for institutional and individual investors, with a range of strategies across equity, fixed income and alternatives.

Our client is looking for two Client Service Associates, one Spanish-speaking and the other English-speaking. The Client Service Associates will assist the needs of a growing client base across EMEA and LatAm. The successful candidates will work closely with client coverage teams to support clients throughout the full lifecycle and ensure all their requirements are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver all client reporting and servicing needs conforming to the client's requirements and the company's legal obligations.
  2. Onboard new accounts across the company's range of UCITS funds, private funds and separate accounts on time.
  3. Understand clients’ investment objectives, assigned mandates and portfolio composition & strategy.
  4. Be an internal spokesperson for clients; collaborate with the portfolio management and internal support teams globally with appropriate insight into client requirements.
  5. Maintain ongoing communication with the company's clients ensuring all servicing needs are met.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience with equity and fixed income strategies; knowledge of alternatives is preferred.
  2. Experience in dealing with UCITS fund onboarding and queries, and experience in segregated accounts would be highly beneficial.
  3. Highly motivated, analytical, team player.
