Job Description

The Client Service/Private Banking Officer will do the following:

  • Work as part of the Client Service team as well as work closely with and support management with building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and assessing and executing transaction opportunities.
  • Support the Investment team in day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage client inquiries or directing complex queries to relevant people in a timely manner.
  • Build positive client relations.
  • Coordinate between clients, custodian banks, and product issuers to ensure smooth running of client account, servicing, and execution.
  • Maintain client records and documenting processes such as client file reviews.
  • Ensure that compliance procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage trade administration, trade lifecycle, and reporting.
  • Identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Client Service Associate' should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an FCA regulated client services role or private banking role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
