Are you an accountancy professional with experience of the medical sector? If so, this management role could be for you. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable taking responsibility for supporting the partner team in the development of our healthcare business. The successful candidate will have enthusiasm and drive to capitalise on a broad range of market opportunities, and will work with the National Healthcare team to build our market presence and help with growth of the healthcare practice. Delivering year end compliance and broader outsourcing and advisory services to a range of Medical clients including Limited Companies, GP's, PCNs, Consultants, Locum Doctors etc.

About The Team

Our Accounting and Outsourcing team work to support our clients to better run their finance functions, understand their financial position and performance, and to ensure they are compliant with changing accounting and tax legislation. With the relentless pace of technology change our teams advise clients in areas such as process and digitalisation, business performance and financial reporting, while building enduring relationships that positions Mazars as a trusted adviser. Our successful team of more than 250 professionals is growing across all areas including cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting and company secretarial.

About The Role

• We are looking for a candidate who can manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients offering services including year end compliance, financial outsourcing and advisory to a wide range of healthcare businesses including Limited Companies, PCNs and GP partnerships.
• To build and sustain deep relationships with clients, ensuring that clients' needs and financial targets are met.
• To develop own professional network, generating and converting opportunities from existing and/or new clients.
• To demonstrate high levels of professional knowledge and expertise in Medical Accounting, using their knowledge to support and develop his/her team.
• Be a people leader, leading the team by setting direction and inspiring individuals' commitment to this.
• To coach and develop the team, with a focus on broader advisory skills and spotting business development opportunities.
