Working within our Client Services Team, we are looking for an additional Client Relationship Manager to join an award-winning, rapidly expanding organization. If you have a background in Client Services, Customer Service, or Key Account Management, we want to hear from you!

DCB Legal is a specialist in-house legal practice focusing on debt recovery, civil and commercial litigation, and High Court enforcement. Due to the acquisition of major new clients, DCB Legal is experiencing a period of rapid growth.

Encompassing both DCBL and DCB Legal, this represents an exciting new opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and target-driven. You will be responsible for developing and growing our network of clients across the business.

What will you be doing?

  1. Working with our portfolio of key clients to provide a first-class service which exceeds their expectations.
  2. Developing and implementing client management strategies.
  3. Developing client reports, using data to improve our service to clients.
  4. Resolving any client queries/problems quickly and efficiently.
  5. Ensuring key client retention and client growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Previous experience in a Client Relationship Manager role is beneficial but not compulsory.
  2. Excellent communications and inter-personal skills.
  3. Proven experience in a leadership role.
  4. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
