As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll primarily focus on account management (80%) while using a campaign-driven sales approach to grow existing relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Nurture and grow relationships with an established client base in the MedTech sector, delivering exceptional service and driving repeat business.
- Campaign Sales: Use a consultative sales process to upsell across multiple touchpoints, including podcasts, roundtables, and digital solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify and qualify new prospects, sourcing leads, and creating tailored proposals to meet client needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for growth within the sector.
- Proposal Development: Write and deliver effective sales proposals aligned with client objectives.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Proven experience in B2B media sales, ideally within the medical, surgical, or medtech sector.
- A strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to sell across multiple platforms as part of a campaign.
- Exceptional account management skills with a proactive, client-first mindset.
- Self-motivation and a passion for exceeding targets and growing revenue.
- Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
