Client Relations Administrator

Purpose:

• Support service delivery to sponsoring employers and trustees of TPT’s pension schemes, ensuring professional and efficient query responses and relationship development.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with pension scheme clients, responding to queries in line with TPT’s procedures.
• Work creatively within the Client Relations Team to deliver tasks to agreed deadlines.
• Ensure client data is accurate and reliable by working with clients and internal teams.
• Provide support to Client Relations Managers on the day-to-day management of pension scheme clients.
• Take responsibility for effective risk controls and comply with policies and governance frameworks.

Skills:

• Knowledge of pension schemes (DB and DC), ideally 2 years’ experience in occupational pension schemes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate and influence, with experience in customer-focused environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, working to strict deadlines in a professional manner.
