Job Title: Client Project Administrator
Location: Belfast City Centre- Office Based- 8.30am-5.00pm or 9am-5.30pm.
Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £27k plus excellent benefits
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful Consultancy/ Training provider based in Belfast City Centre. Due to continued demand for their services they are seeking a Client Project Administrator.
The Right role:
Duties of the role will include, the day-to-day co-ordination of business operations; Sales and Marketing; Finance; HR; Annual Budget/Capital Management, Project & Programme Management, I.T. and Onboarding.
·Scheduling Courses and Development Programmes
·Preparing Course Materials
·Course Evaluation
·Invoicing Clients
·Reporting
The Right Fit:
·Administration experience/background. Graduate with relevant placement year will be considered.
·Proficient in the full Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
·Excellent standard of verbal and written English, and good maths.
·Detail oriented, strong organisational skills with the ability to achieve goals by utilising formal and informal organisational networks. Multitasker with ability to prioritise.
·Experience of working with external clients.
·Self-starter, willing to work with groups and / or alone until goal completion.
