What you'll be doing:

  1. Establishing and nurturing productive relationships with various stakeholders, including sales support and service lines.
  2. Collaborating with teams to craft tailored solutions that address clients' specific business needs.
  3. Engaging with key personnel within assigned customer accounts and extending your network by fostering connections with decision makers and influencers.
  4. Building and cultivating partnerships with vendors and other key collaborators to drive business growth.
  5. Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of client relationships, negotiating to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  6. Effectively managing the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets.
  7. Co-creating comprehensive multiyear roadmaps that align with clients' unique business priorities.
  8. Communicating tailored value propositions that emphasize how the company differentiates itself and addresses clients' specific needs.
  9. Balancing new business pursuits with renewals, employing strategic sales efforts to maximize results.
  10. Continuously assessing, clarifying, and validating customer requirements to ensure their evolving needs are met.
  11. Monitoring progress toward revenue and margin targets, devising strategies to exceed expectations.
  12. Taking ownership of delivery across all revenue streams and leading efforts in developing solutions that best cater to customer needs.
  13. Structuring solutions that align with client requirements and presenting them back in compelling proposals.
  14. Prioritizing effective account operations management, including setting objectives and managing work in progress and work at risk.
