Client Partner - Banking Sector
Location: 3 days per week in central London (remaining time on client sites)

We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing and growing a key banking sector account. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest financial institutions, focusing on expanding and farming the existing business while building strong relationships and driving impactful transformations.

As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities within the banking account, ensuring the continued success and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in areas such as AI, cloud infrastructure, and Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles, delivering high-value solutions that help the client navigate their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a high-profile banking account, focusing on farming and growing the existing business.

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Identify and sell high-value solutions (ranging from GBP5M to GBP50M+) that drive innovation and transformation for the client.

  • Lead the sales cycle for large, complex deals, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with key client stakeholders to identify opportunities for long-term business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Client Partner or similar role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.

  • Track record of successfully selling solutions in the GBP5M to GBP50M+ range.

  • Strong experience in managing relationships with senior leaders (C-level executives) and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of key technologies like AI, cloud infrastructure, and Salesforce.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
