(Account and New Business Development Manager)

With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting a Client Partner to join our welcoming Community Care Inform team.

This Client Partner role is a hybrid position, with three days in-office at either our Sutton or Herne Hill location. The starting salary is up to £40,000 (DOE) plus 20% OTE and an additional uncapped bonus scheme, along with company benefits.

Community Care Inform includes two high-value content subscription websites, Community Care Inform Children and Community Care Inform Adults.

Community Care Inform supports councils and social care professionals with high-value subscription content and digital resources to help them stay legally compliant and enhance their learning culture. As a Client Partner, you will manage existing accounts and drive new business, working closely with clients to meet their needs.

What We Can Offer You:

  1. Ownership and autonomy for a designated territory, primarily in the South of England and South Wales.
  2. The opportunity to consult with Local Authorities and Universities to renew, upsell, and drive new business within your territory.
  3. Flexibility to manage your schedule. Currently, the majority of meetings are being conducted virtually, though travel will be required from time to time for in-person meetings in the region as the number of face-to-face meetings is gradually increasing.
  4. Collaboration with the Head of Sales to deliver and develop sales strategy.

And What We Ask In Return:

  1. Proven sales experience, ideally in a content subscription service but not essential as a willingness to learn is a priority.
  2. An interest in the social care industry and a commitment to making a difference in this fantastic sector.
  3. Willingness to travel as needed within the South of England and South Wales.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in person.
  5. A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Strong organisational and planning skills.
