Job Description:

Eden Scott’s client is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Investment Operations Change Manager to join their dynamic team on a 1-year contract. This role will focus on driving change initiatives within investment operations, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience while optimising processes and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage client onboarding projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
2. Drive change initiatives within investment operations, streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, risk, technology, and front-office teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with onboarding processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
5. Develop and implement best practices to enhance the client onboarding experience.
6. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Strong experience in investment operations, client onboarding, or change management within asset management or financial services.
2. Proven track record in leading change projects, process optimisation, and stakeholder management.
3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to client onboarding and investment operations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
