Your new role
As this Firm's Client Manager, you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with a key focus on proactively supporting SMEs and OMBs. You will manage a significant sized portfolio, with a team of professional support staff to ensure you deliver a quality service. Focusing on accounts, tax and other general accountancy practice services along with project work.

Key Duties:

• Manage your own client portfolio, as well as that of your team
• Work with your team to provide a high quality, proactive service
• Build long standing client relationships
• Develop and support the trainees within your team
• Review trainee prepared accounts files, offering constructive feedback and mentorship
• Basic tax planning
• Monitor your team's workflow, communicate with your fellow team leaders, and share resources and knowledge where possible
• Coordinate and deliver a full service to each client

What you'll need to succeed
This Firm is looking for an experienced Client Manager/Senior Manager with experience of professional practice who is ACA, ACCA qualified. The successful candidate will be highly-organised and dedicated, passionate about delivering a high-quality service, with commercial acumen and who wants to be part of this Firm's growth plans.
