Location
: High Wycombe
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

A well-established and expanding accountancy practice in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its dynamic team. Offering the technical expertise of a large firm with the personal approach of boutique practice, this firm provides exceptional accounting, tax, and business advisory services to a diverse client base.

The Role

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing assignments from start to finish, and ensuring the highest standards of service. This role includes:

  • Preparing accounts, conducting audits, and handling tax assignments.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and providing guidance.
  • Managing workflows efficiently with excellent delegation and time management skills.
  • Supporting clients with business and financial advice.
  • Experience in group consolidations and acquisitions.

Familiarity withIris and Casewaresoftware would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • ACCA or ICAEW qualified
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in general practice
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, audit, and tax
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and committed to a career in practice
