Caroline Baker Private Office (CBPO) offers an exceptional level of luxury property management and discreet private office services to UHNW individuals and families with homes in Central London and beyond. With clients also based in New York, Paris and LA, our team operates at the highest level, combining detail-driven service, deep discretion, and a calm, professional presence.
Due to increased client activity and continued growth, we are expanding our team to ensure we maintain the highest levels of service our clients expect. We are therefore looking for a proactive and personable Client Manager to join our growing team. This role offers a unique combination of lifestyle management and light-touch property oversight. It would suit a candidate with a background in private PA work for UHNW clients and a working knowledge of luxury property management. You will be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional level of service and maintaining the utmost discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Lifestyle & PA Support
- Provide seamless private PA services to UHNW clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and discreetly.
- Organise high-end events, luxury travel, and personal shopping requests.
- Manage complex diaries, restaurant bookings, chauffeurs, personal appointments, and one-off client requests.
- Purchase high-end goods and coordinate with luxury brands and suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and their family office representatives.
Property Coordination
- Support with the smooth running of clients’ London residences, ensuring properties are well presented at all times.
- At times you may be required to work with our out of London residences.
- Coordinate and liaise with trusted contractors and suppliers for routine works or reactive issues.
- Assist in preparing properties for client visits, including occasional on-call duties during residence.
- Support basic property administration such as invoice processing, light budget management, and scheduling.
Essential Skills
- 2–5 years’ experience as a private PA to UHNW individuals or families.
- Working knowledge or exposure to high-end residential property management.
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft 365, Apple products).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and act with initiative and discretion.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Fluent in English and based in or near Central London.
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience coordinating with property management teams, trades or high-end contractors.
- Background in hospitality, concierge, or family office environments.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods market and high-end service providers.
