Located just outside the city, the agency works with flagship brands, delivering creative and impactful design solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Client project management: Oversee client projects from conception to delivery, ensuring the highest quality creative outcomes.
• Client liaison: Take client briefs, assess needs and provide expert guidance on creative direction.
• Resource management: Plan and allocate resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Creative presentations: Present creative work, aligning with client vision and driving collaborative innovation.
• Relationship building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key agency partners.
• 360-degree stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across various departments, ensuring all project goals are aligned.
• Strategic alignment: Ensure creative projects meet client business objectives and align with overall brand strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Client Manager or Account Manager with a proven track record in an agency environment
• Expertise in client development, project management, and creative services
• Strong branding and packaging design experience is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
