You will:
- Work in partnership with client, CA and CAM and clients on any client onboarding requirements.
- Front to back ownership of all onboarding cases.
- Drive the onboarding and KYC preparation activities for the WMUK business to ensure KYC quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss Client Lifecycle Management related processâ??.
- Support CA to ensure regulatory compliance of submitted materials from client / CA
- Perform KYC profile checking activities linked to client onboarding requests. Ensure client KYC information consistency.
- Own all hand offs on onboarding cases to the offshore account opening teams.
- Act as an SME for process/documentation enhancements.
- Support local business needs by being a local escalation point, providing onsite expertise and knowledge across all CLM/KYC services.
- Review external client forms, prepare internal forms relevant for onboarding.

Your Skills:

- professional experience within Wealth Management/Investment Banking/Asset Management.
- A KYC/AML SME
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
