We are looking for smartly presented, client-facing hosts and office assistants to join the teams across London. We are currently recruiting for West End and City locations.

To achieve the best client experience in the industry, we are seeking candidates who think 'client-first' with a kind and can-do flexible attitude, doing whatever is possible to meet the client and team needs, enhancing every visitor's experience.

Proactive and approachable as the 'go-to person' in answering all queries, efficiently offering or finding out the best solutions.

Exceptional communication and hospitality skills will set you apart within the business and in the industry.

Personal confidence is key; you should have a smart professional image but remember to bring your personality to work - as you dress for your day!

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1. Be available to answer questions, queries, and deal with client issues effectively.
  2. Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients, guests, suppliers, and visitors from the moment they arrive.
  3. Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the environment.
  4. Efficient management of the booking platform and ensuring all meeting rooms are set up to the highest quality, including the responsibility of monitoring and ordering stock.
  5. Coordinate event planning with teams, caterers, and resolve any issues to ensure the event runs smoothly.
  6. Be the hero who saves the day by resolving complaints efficiently, ensuring you restore client confidence!
  7. Assist your manager with the end goal in mind: retain your clients, gain referrals, attract new clients, and be outstanding in your area with an award-winning business.
