Client Host - JLL London - City/Canary Wharf/Soho

Responsibilities

  1. Cover JLL Front of House and Reception services with JLL London office.
  2. Welcome and meet and greet for all visitors and clients.
  3. Assist with internal/external bookings as required with full meeting room accountability.
  4. Ensure that all JLL meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are set and maintained to the expected JLL standards.
  5. Ownership and ability to facilitate room setups – including moving flexible furniture.
  6. Be aware of room status in client rooms at all times & support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking.
  7. Comply with the JLL - Front of House Services Standard Operating Procedures.
  8. Provide/report information on the available facilities, arranging viewings and accompanying clients on tours of the facilities as and when required.
  9. Maintain a strong awareness of business activity & communicate all updates with regional team members.
  10. Provide support as requested by the Client Services Lead and/or other support teams.

Skills & Experience

  1. Experience of working within a Corporate or 5* Hotel Reception environment.
  2. Independent and self-managing worker.
  3. Strong customer service skills - a great networker!
  4. Professional/confident telephone manner and excellent oral & written communication skills, good computer literacy.
  5. Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
  6. A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.
  7. Flexible approach to departmental requirements.
  8. Good educational background & a solid command of written & spoken English.
  9. Good sense of humour & an approachable personality.
