Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Client Experience Consultant Diary Planner to join a well-established company.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Contact existing clients to book their Anniversary appointments with consultants in line with service levels and diary booking guidelines.
2. Ensure that all client service issues, whether verbal or written, are acknowledged in line with the complaints procedure.
3. Deliver administrative duties for the department including rescheduling appointments.
4. Resolve all client service issues in a timely manner, focusing on client resolution and retention.
5. Understand all client databases and systems to adequately investigate and respond to client queries.
6. Accountability for obtaining prompt responses to client queries, service issues, and requests to cancel.
7. Review client service issues to produce effective handovers to Credit Control where applicable.
8. Maintain client profiles, including additional sites, changes in employee information, and undertaking investigations where appropriate.

This is a full-time permanent position as a Client Experience Consultant Diary Planner offering an annual salary of up to £23,000, 25 days holiday, and pension.
