The Role

As a Client Director, you are responsible for acquiring new clients in the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science Industry providing long-term support for those clients you acquire with significant development potential.

How you'll make impact

  1. Networking - You enjoy maintaining and expanding your network of decision-makers in the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science industry. You utilise your contacts to generate leads and gather information.

  2. Inspiring – Leveraging your knowledge of market trends and innovations, you add significant value to our discussions, inspire clients, and pique their interest in our offerings. By sharing your expertise and involving specialised experts as needed, you position Zühlke as a trusted advisor.

  3. Acquiring - Your proactive mindset drives strategic client acquisition for Zühlke, fortifying our market position. You constantly seek up- and cross-selling opportunities, both with existing customers and new prospects.

  4. Guiding - You are perceived by our customers as a trusted companion, guiding them through solution-oriented consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and ultimately a successful closing.

What is important to us

  1. Network – you have an active network of decision-makers within the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science industry.

  2. Market understanding – you possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the sector and more broadly digital transformation trends.

  3. Accomplished in complex sales – You bring extensive experience in consultative selling professional services, showcasing a proven track record of winning complex sales over several years.

  4. Tech-savvy – you have a keen interest in technology and how it can transform the Pharma / Biotech / Life Science sectors.

  5. University Degree - You have a university degree in Medicine or Technology.
