Overview
Brighter were set-up in 2018 by two Directors who saw an opportunity to support clients with a scalable, cost-effective consulting solution. Brighter Consultancy was founded on the concept that being supported by a consulting firm should be affordable, effective, and provide lasting solutions without continued cost. They can support across projects in Actuarial, Change Management, Technology, Development, Finance, IT, Financial Crime Risk & Compliance.

The Role
Due to the unprecedented growth of Brighter Consultancy, we have an exciting vacancy for a Client Engagement Lead specifically on London market clients. This is a critical hire in our journey, and we are looking for someone to maximise the opportunities with existing clients, win new business, and take new innovative products to market. The market focus will be London Market across Change Management, Tech, IT & Data.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maximise the opportunities in our existing client portfolio by networking with new areas of these businesses who may not know of Brighter Consultancy, but we have signed framework agreements.
  2. Work with the Brighter Consultancy Group and our strategic partner Oliver James to maximise revenue opportunity as well as providing training & development to the OJ team.
  3. Assist the Brighter Consultancy Directors & Oliver James team to improve the sales process, ensuring our clients have the best experience.
  4. Maximise repeat business; client engagement and relationship development are absolutely critical to the position.
  5. Work with the Oliver James team to drive the number of leads coming from the business and assist in conversion.
  6. Ensure long-term value is delivered to clients through continual engagement.
  7. Analyse and prepare due diligence for new opportunities and activities.
  8. Write proposals expertly and design logical frameworks and budgets.
