Unisys is seeking a dynamic Onsite Client Delivery Executive to lead the delivery of services to one of our key clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cost, governance, performance, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement criteria are met.
You will establish and maintain tight control over a skilled team of delivery resources, manage statements of work, and oversee risks, scope, and budget.
As a Client Delivery Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our client, establishing clear communication channels and participating in regular service performance reviews. You will develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards to optimize delivery costs and service quality. Your role will also involve achieving margin targets, monitoring financial health, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
