Job summary

An independent Trust and Corporate Services provider is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to manage Client Compliance administration. This role involves assisting the Board of Directors in minimizing corporate risk by ensuring adherence to procedures and legislation. The successful candidate will maintain compliance documentation, oversee client due diligence, and eventually take on the roles of MLRO and MLCO. Ideal applicants should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a flexible working attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Job description

Experienced Compliance professional required to take on Client Compliance administration for an independent Trust and Corporate Services provider. The successful applicant will assist the Board of Directors in minimising corporate risk by ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation, updating compliance registers and logs, maintaining documentation and having oversight of client CDD and general compliance administration. Following the successful completion of probation, the role will also incorporate the positions of MLRO and MLCO.

Applicants must have a good level of technical knowledge and experience, along with professional qualifications to fulfil the MLRO/MLCO/CO role. You will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, a flexible working attitude and an organised, methodical manner. The ability to work well within a team is essential, along with an effective, courteous approach and a good level of discretion and confidentiality.
