Position

Mission

As a FENDI Ambassador, the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients through the promotion of FENDI history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Performance:
• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Client Management:
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base by implementing appropriate CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering a professional and individualized human touch.
• Store Operations:
• Correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
• Store Management:
• Support in maintaining inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

You may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Manages personal image standards at a high level.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
• Goal-oriented approach and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry.
• Fluent in English.
