Manchester City Centre (hybrid)


£26,000 - £27,000



Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with an accountancy firm dedicated to providing the best service for their clients? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Client Administrator to join this growing team in the heart of Manchester City Centre!


What You'll Do:
As a Client Administrator, your role will be vital in supporting a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include:


  1. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new clients by issuing professional engagement letters, meeting AML requirements, conducting credit checks, and maintaining the database.

  2. Information Liaison: Communicate with other accountancy firms to facilitate timely information handovers for our clients.

  3. Client Support: Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries, building trust and confidence during their initial interactions.

  4. Regulatory Administration: Liaise with HMRC and Companies House to ensure client details are up-to-date and compliant.

  5. Database Maintenance: Keep internal client databases accurate and up-to-date, highlighting any discrepancies proactively.

  6. Office Administration: Assist with various office tasks, including preparing letters, completing forms, and managing electronic correspondence.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Previous office-based experience

  2. Client-facing experience (not limited to accountancy but other professional services would be ideal).

  3. Familiarity with finance and liaising with government departments (preferred).

  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
