Job Title: Client Accounts Assistant - Cash Operations

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Our Account Administrators are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner. This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting payments received by card, cash and cheques at the branches onto multiple systems.
  • Processing landlord statements and payments.
  • Reconciling miscellaneous monies.
  • Contacting the branches regarding monies that cannot be allocated.
  • Resolving and responding to queries raised by branches via ticketing system.
  • Responding to landlord queries via email.
  • Contacting the bank by phone regarding various issues.
  • Processing and responding to correspondence from the bank.
  • Sending banking materials to the branches.
  • Organising returned banking receipts from the branches.
  • General office duties.
