This leading Asset Manager is looking for an experienced Client Services Director to join the existing team across Onboarding, Client Services and Investment Reporting.

You will be responsible for the oversight of the entire client experience to ensure:

  • The provision of a proactive and first-class level of day-to-day operational servicing of clients
  • The team is working with Relationship Managers to understand service delivery and strategy
  • Ensuring the best possible client service experience
  • The development of insight across the space to ensure requirements are met
  • The provision of operational support to the sales process (DDs/RFPs) and support business development activities
  • A superb front-line service to all clients and third parties
  • Leading and enhancing the Client and Investment Reporting function
  • Owning operational due diligence
  • Operating at a consistently high level

You will likely possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years experience within a similar role within Asset Management
