About Us: Alloga UK is a leading provider of pharmaceutical services dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and enhancing their business operations. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our current client base while actively supporting Alloga’s strategic goals.
  2. Present Alloga’s services professionally through various communication channels, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
  3. Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients, documenting outcomes and action points.
  4. Identify opportunities for value-added services and collaborate with relevant departments to implement new business solutions.
  5. Support the Implementation Manager to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
  6. Monitor client perceptions and address service shortfalls effectively.
  7. Manage client enquiries promptly and proactively communicate potential issues.
  8. Collaborate with Contract Operations Managers on storage and distribution services.
  9. Compile reports on client storage needs and manage contractual commitments.
  10. Conduct annual reviews of client accounts to ensure commercial viability and compliance with agreements.
  11. Contribute to regulatory understanding and business continuity planning.

Key Skills Required:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
  2. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
