Location: Fully Remote (Office based in Oxford, commutable from towns such as Abingdon, Bicester, Didcot, and Henley-on-Thames)

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for a new challenge with a highly reputable company? This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with some of the UK's biggest brands, including British Airways, Sky, LEGO, Buckingham Palace, and John Lewis, among others. You will manage key client relationships, drive project success, and have a real impact on the business. The position comes with a salary of £45k plus excellent benefits, offering flexibility with the option to visit the Oxford office.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Build strong, proactive relationships with clients and provide support and recommendations.
2. Lead projects that deliver measurable value and return on investment.
3. Manage and negotiate contract renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to retain and expand revenue streams.
5. Oversee the timely completion of calls, audits, and reviews for clients.

What Experience is Required

1. At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing B2B role.
2. Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive successful projects.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
