Your role

We're looking for someone to:

  1. manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service in collaboration with our client advisors
  2. be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  3. be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  4. comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
  5. manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
  6. perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  7. research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner

Your expertise

  1. ideally +8 years financial services experience within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  2. ideally you hold a minimum level 3 qualification
  3. attention to detail
  4. effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  5. team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities and enjoys interacting with clients
  6. works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
  7. solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
  8. able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
