Clerk Of Works - Social Housing

Calibre Search is working with an independent Home Energy improvement and installation company who are now looking to grow their in-house Clerk of Works department.

Due to winning more work and more sites to oversee, they now require an experienced Clerk of Works to assist their retrofit assessors and general construction workers in inspecting reports and snagging work, ensuring everything aligns with company standards.

You will be working alongside their small but growing team, primarily focusing on their exciting and expanding residential workload (social housing over new build) across the region. This role will see you play a key role in enhancing quality standards across key revenue streams, including Building Regulations, Building Safety, and Fire Safety.

The office is based just outside of Trafford Park, and this position will offer a good mixture of being office-based, site-based, and home-based.
