Job description

Our client, based in Stratford, is currently recruiting for a Clerk of Works on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start in April on a full-time basis on notice. The salary is circa £55k-60K.

The ideal candidate will have fire & cladding remediation experience in high rise buildings and access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  1. Attending site for fire remediation and cladding removal, taking part in client pre-commencement meetings and reviewing progress supplied by site manager.
  2. Carrying out ITP and maintaining throughout duration of cladding works.
  3. Attending dedicated QA weekly progress meetings with client, and providing detailed updates of QA progress.
  4. Compiling reports with photographs and marked up detailing progress and issued to contractor/client design and commercial teams.

Experience required:
  1. Cladding remediation in high rise buildings.
  2. MICWCI or MCIOB.

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  1. Cladding remediation.
  2. Report writing skills.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5pm
