An opportunity has arisen for a person to assist in providing administration support within the Breast Team based at Ninewells Hospital.
This post covers a wide range of administration duties including dealing with telephone calls, booking / rescheduling appointments, reception work, and audio typing.
Candidates should have experience of using a range of IT systems and packages, and possess excellent communication and keyboard skills. You should also have previous experience of working in a patient environment or a similar situation involving contact with members of the public.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: 37 hours per week. The service currently operates Monday to Friday.
