Monday and Friday During Core Hours of 8.30 until 17.00
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with previous clerical experience to work within Medical Reports and the Enquiry Department at HRI.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative, and have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Duties include invoicing, requesting case notes and x-rays, pulling casualty cards, dealing with Solicitors, dealing with the general public, directing patients and relatives to wards and departments, telephone enquiries, and other clerical duties.
