Job description

Salary: £24,062 - £24,984 per year

Contract Type: Temporary

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to join the Tackling Poverty Team in ensuring the provision of an efficient & effective clerical support service. You will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the Tackling Poverty Team. This will include typing, mail, reprographic work, dealing with enquiries via telephone/shared mailbox etc.

Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment with knowledge of Microsoft packages and mySWIS is desirable. You should have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

These posts are temporary until March 2026.

Work Pattern

Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday, 8.45am to 4.15pm
