Job description

Dazzle s is a rapidly fast-growing tech led commercial cleaning company that prides itself on exceptional customer care and values its employees hugely. We are looking for an experienced cleaning Supervisor operative to join our clients in London.

Responsibilities and Duties
Split between senior supervisor and cover cleaner:
  • Cover cleaners' sick/holiday days where required; this will be a big portion of the role.
  • Be available to pick up keys from offices/HQ and drop off to cleaners.
  • Meet, greet, and train cleaners on their first clean.
  • Run a H&S (Health and Safety) check with the cleaners.
  • Explain company policies.
  • Train cleaners on how to use our App time sheet system.
  • Run spot checks across ALL client sites to ensure cleans are being performed to a top level.
  • Complete online QA forms.
  • Liaise with clients on any account requirements and resolve conflicts with our backend teams.
  • Occasionally purchase equipment and drop off to any client sites.
  • On occasions, you will need to take on the cleans yourself; this is critical, and we need a person to pull their sleeves up and deliver!
  • Be a team player and able to take tasks from management well.
Must Have:
  • A good hard-working attitude.
  • Able to manage mixed personalities diplomatically!
  • Mobile phone with data & WhatsApp.
  • Be available late afternoons and evenings on standby.
  • We are looking for someone that is flexible on their times and available when required, ready to take on a challenge anywhere in London.
  • You must have a good grasp of the English language.
  • Have a recent DBS certificate.
  • You will be someone that can get on with people and build relationships with your cleaning teams, clients, and backend management teams.
  • You will be the cleaning team's go-to person/mentor.
  • You don't mind taking regular instructions and reporting to management on a daily basis by video or audio calls.

Initially, this will be for 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday evening, with potential up to 7 hours per day on occasions.

As our business grows, we are willing to make this into a full-time position given the right person.
