Cleaning Supervisor - Part Time 25 hours per week

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to supervise a team of cleaning staff, across our campuses and student accommodation to deliver a high-quality cleaning service.

Cleaning Supervisor Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that an efficient cleaning service is delivered, and high quality standards are maintained
• Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
• Train and develop staff
• Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
• Maintain and record necessary records

To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:

• Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
• Strong people skills
• Attention to detail and high standards of work
• Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
• Good general level of education

Previous management or supervisory experience is essential particularly in a cleaning setting but more important is the ability to work under your own initiative and lead and motivate a team. In addition to ensuring high quality cleaning standards are met you will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, staff training and development.
