Our Cleaning Team undertakes a comprehensive cleaning regime at our customers' premises, including bakery equipment, ovens, restaurant areas, and associated facility structures.

As the Supervisor of this team, you will oversee and coordinate all deep cleaning activities at our clients' sites.

The role involves supervising and working alongside cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also liaise with the site managers and Wanzl office, ensuring correct levels of inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Hours of work: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week

What we need from you:

• You'll need to live within Bournemouth, Worthing, Southampton, Portsmouth, or Poole.
• Have experience supervising a small team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and overnight stays away.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
• A valid driver's license is essential.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £25,800 plus overnight costs if you need to travel.
