Pay Rate: £16 - £18.50 per hour
Location: Russell Square, Bloomsbury London
Job Type: Temporary (2nd December to 20th and 6th January to 31st January)Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor ready to take charge and elevate the cleanliness standards of a prestigious location in West Central London?

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will ensure our premises are not only clean but also meet the highest health and safety standards. Your expertise will help create a welcoming and pristine environment for all visitors and staff.

In this role, you will:

Lead and Motivate: Assign tasks, create schedules, and monitor the performance and attendance of the cleaning staff.

Train and Develop: Onboard new staff members with the necessary cleaning procedures and policies, providing ongoing feedback and coaching. -

Maintain Standards: Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of cleanliness is upheld and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently. -

Resolve and Communicate: Address any issues promptly, liaise with other departments, and handle customer interactions with utmost professionalism.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
Competency in using IT software for scheduling and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work early shifts starting at 6 AM and cover one weekend per month, with compensatory days off.This position offers a pathway to permanent employment following a successful temporary term.
