Mobile Cleaning Supervisor (Van and fuel card provided)
Covering Peterborough area, Cambridge area, Norwich area and surrounding areas
Working Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm
Starting ASAP
Temp to Perm opportunity.
£13.50ph PAYE

Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead the soft (cleaning) service delivery supporting the Compliance Manager within their geographical area of responsibility. The role is responsible for supporting all areas of soft service delivery to all affected properties within the defined geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and direction to ensure compliance with service delivery obligations.
- Support the Compliance Manager in management of the P & L, SLA’s and KPI performance measurement.
- Provide leadership to all staff and key supply partners, inspiring performance excellence across all levels and in all soft service delivery areas.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in delivering a best-in-class soft service provision.
