Cleaning Operative

Level Group Services is fast becoming one of London’s leading contractors within the industry, carrying out cleaning, maintenance, and property services across all of London. We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative who is responsible for ensuring that properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new occupants after tenants have vacated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Attend/travel to your regular contracted cleaning sites.
2. Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned properties according to the established cleaning checklist and standards.
3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and other areas within the property.
4. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
5. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windowsills, ledges, and furniture.
6. Clean and disinfect appliances, fixtures, and fittings such as stoves, refrigerators, sinks, and taps.
7. Remove cobwebs and ensure all corners and hidden areas are clean.
8. Empty trash and replace bin liners.
9. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or repair requirements to the Cleaning Manager.
10. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
11. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and follow cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
12. Collect keys from managing agents.
13. Handle cleaning chemicals and materials safely, following proper usage instructions and guidelines.
14. Take photos of before and after post completion of clean.
15. Overtime of block cleaning required.
16. Ad hoc cleaning available: Residential block, jet washing, carpet, floor buffing.
17. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
18. Vehicle required.

WORK SCHEDULE:
ATRIA HOUSE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 08:00 – 12:00PM.
SKYLINE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 13:00PM – 16:40PM.
Total – 37 Hours.

RATE: £12.24 per hour

Experience: Required

Salary: from £12.24 hourly
