Cleaning Operative

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our existing team in LUSH Manufacturing. You will work on a set shift pattern within one of our vibrant production departments here on Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole. You'll be helping to maintain our high standards of hygiene and assist in production once cleaning tasks are completed.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and tidy working areas, canteen, communal areas, and restrooms.
2. Deep clean routinely.
3. Look after one building with the flexibility of covering sickness and holiday at our other sites (all located on Nuffield Industrial Estate).
4. Follow all health and safety regulations.
5. Monitor and coordinate waste using correct recycling processes.
6. Be able to stand on your feet during your working hours.
7. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
8. Assist in production once cleaning tasks are completed.

1. Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. A passion for cleaning.
3. An outgoing and friendly personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
4. Possess the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time and workload.
