We're currently recruiting a dedicated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will provide cleaning supervisory support to a single contract covering cleaning services across numerous UK sites. You will manage, train, and develop cleaning operatives to deliver to the agreed site-specific requirements and in line with the agreed contractual KPIs. You will also drive cleaning standards across all sites and look for ways for improvement, supporting on-site clients with knowledge and guidance on the correct schedule to improve standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on cover for team members' holidays & supporting with new starter inductions.
- Carrying out audits of the sites and ensuring that all levels of the service are maintained to the highest standard and in line with contractual KPIs.
- Monitoring all training needs and ensuring the required mandatory training sessions are carried out to the company requirements.
- Continuing to improve customer services and standards.
- Supporting the recruitment process of new team members.
- Being aware of and meeting the legal and company requirements for HSE.
About you:Essential:- A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Supervisory level within the cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driving License.
