Cleaner (part-time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and staff regularly.

Weekly Rota:

Tuesday:
Domestic cleaning 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Miskin)
Commercial cleaning 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Pontyclun)

Thursday:
Commercial cleaning 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Pontyclun)

Friday:
Domestic cleaning 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Llanbethery)
Commercial cleaning 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Bridgend)

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and houses.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning needs.
• Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between sites.
• At least 2 years cleaning experience (essential)
